sooooooooooooooooooo crazy

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4NqyG4Lbzsc
One song that I think reminds me of Timothy is "I Miss You" by Blink 182. This is because the tempis took his life and I really miss him. Another song that reminds me of Tim is "When You're Gone" by Avril Lavigne. That song always gets me. It makes me remember all the good times I had with Timothy. One song that reminds me of the tempis scene is "Factory" by Downlink. The only reason is because both that scene and the song are CRAZY. Another song that reminds me of that particular scene is "Indestructable" by Disturbed. That song is about some dude who feels indestructable, and Timothy was pretty much unstoppable in that scene. Oh, and while im writing this im listening to "Factory." SO recommended. Seriously, check it out. Anyways, I think a couple of songs just remind me of The Cay in general. Some of these include "Donk" by Soulja Boy Tell'Em, "Jah Jah City" by Sizzla ft. Capleton, and "I Got Love" by Nate Dogg. "Donk" because..I actually dont know. "Jah Jah City" because it sounds Jamaican-ish just like Timothy. Finally, "I Got Love" because both Timothy and Nate Dogg are sorely missed.

Timothy (Timmy G)

Timothy, in the book The Cay, could be described as a large African man with an almost uncomprehenable Jamaican accent. He also doesnt like some white people, but  he does enjoy some.;) Anyways, he also is responsible because he takes care of "Phil-eep" while on their tropical retreat. If I had to ask him some questions they would be these: 1) Do you like me since im American? 2) Did you really think that Phillip was gunna get his eyesight back? 3) I like your beard, do you think I could pull that off? 4) Can you give me some vacation spot recommendations? And I think his answers would be these: 1) Ja mon im cool wit you, I jus be trippin when yungh bahhses be discriminatin'! 2) Nah mon, I just wanted ta make em feel better ya dig? 3) Yah mon! 4) Definetly not dis cay mon, da tempis be comin!!

April 11th

This week I am reading The Cay by Theodore Taylor. It is about a young boy named Philip who gets shipwrecked on a small island with a large African man named Timothy and a cat. Together, they must survive. Also, Philip is blind because he looked at the sun too much when they were on the raft!!
In my opinion, the characters are very realistic. This is because the author gives both of the two main characters distinct personalities. He gives Timothy a ridiculous accent that makes reading what he says nearly impossible. Timothy, or as I like to call him "Timmy-G", also is very uneducated. This is realistic because during that time a black sailor like himself would not know how to read or write. He also does a good job of making Philip act like a kid would act in that situation.
On a completely different subject, my favorite book that I have read this year probably would be The Giver by Lois Lowry. This is because I found that book to be interesting, exciting, and suspenseful. It was different from most other books I have read and this also is why I liked it. So far, I have read around 36 books.
Finally, I need recommendations for biographies please. THANKS;D
